What's Included
Everything you point at comes down and goes out: boxes and totes, furniture that got carried up decades ago, mattresses, holiday decorations, luggage, old carpet and padding stored up there for a someday that never came, and the previous owner's leavings. Torn or displaced insulation and the debris around it we'll haul too. On older homes with pull-down stairs we bring our own ladder rather than trusting the one that came with the house.

Flat-Rate Pricing, Confirmed Up Front
Every ClearPath job is quoted as a flat rate before anyone lifts a thing. Text photos or call and you'll usually have a number within minutes. What we agree to is what you pay — no hourly meter, no add-ons at the end, and no charge for the quote itself. We're locally owned and insured, and the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.
Responsible Cleanup
Usable furniture and household goods go to a local nonprofit first. Metal and electronics are recycled. What we can't take from an attic is the same as anywhere else — paint, solvents, and old chemicals need a household hazardous waste drop-off, and we'll tell you which one is closest. If you find something that looks like old asbestos-wrapped duct or pipe insulation, don't disturb it and don't ask us to; that needs a licensed abatement contractor and we'll say so.
Frequently Asked Questions
The attic access is a pull-down ladder. Is that a problem?
No, that's the normal case. We bring our own ladder and equipment, and one person works the attic while another stages downstairs so nothing gets dropped through a ceiling.
Can you get things down that clearly went up before the house was finished?
Usually. If a piece of furniture won't come back down the way it went up, we break it down in the attic and bring it out in pieces. That's a normal part of the job.
What about insulation?
Loose, torn, or displaced insulation we'll haul out with the rest. A full insulation removal and replacement is an insulation contractor's job, and if that's what you actually need we'll tell you rather than half-doing it.
Do you go through boxes or just take them?
Your call. Most people want a quick look first, so we'll bring boxes down and stage them where you can go through them before anything is loaded. Nothing leaves without you saying so.
