We can work after hours or on a weekend so your business doesn't stop, and we sweep the floor before we hand it back.

Responsible Cleanup
Office furniture in usable shape goes to a local nonprofit or a school before it goes anywhere else — desks and chairs in particular are easy to place. Metal filing cabinets, shelving, and racking get recycled as scrap. Monitors, computers, and other electronics go to an e-waste recycler rather than a landfill. If your cleanout includes documents with customer or employee information, tell us up front — we'll leave those boxes for you to shred rather than hauling them off.

Can you work after hours so we stay open?
Yes, and it's the usual request. Evenings and weekends are normal for commercial jobs. Tell us the building's access rules when you book — loading dock hours, freight elevator reservations, certificate of insurance requirements — and we'll work inside them.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for the building?
Yes. A lot of commercial landlords require one before anyone touches the freight elevator. Give us the building's requirements and who it should be addressed to and we'll get it over before the job.
Can you break down cubicle systems?
Yes. Panel systems come apart and go out in pieces — that's part of the job, not an add-on. Same with pallet racking and bolted shelving.
