What's Included
We take the fence down section by section, pull the posts, and remove the concrete footings that come with them. Gates, hardware, and post caps go too. On chain link we roll the fabric and coil the top rail so it can go straight to scrap. On old farm fence we deal with the wire, which is the part most people would rather not handle themselves. When the line is clear we rake it, fill the worst of the post holes with the spoil, and pick up the staples and nails that come loose.

Do you pull the posts and the concrete?
Yes. Posts and their footings are part of the job, not an upsell. Concrete comes up with the post where it will; where a footing is set unusually deep we'll tell you up front what it adds.
How do you price fence removal?
By the job, not by the foot, because access matters as much as length. A hundred feet along an open driveway and a hundred feet behind a shed on a slope are different jobs. Send photos and rough footage and we'll give you a flat number.
What about the fence on the property line I share with a neighbor?
That's between you and your neighbor — we'll take down whatever you have the right to take down. Worth settling before we roll, since we won't remove a shared fence on one owner's say-so if the other objects.
Can you haul the old fence if I tear it down myself?
Absolutely, and it's cheaper. Stack it where a truck can reach and we'll load and go.
