What's Included
We meet the facility's access requirements, empty the unit, sweep it out and leave it in the condition the contract expects so you can hand back the key and stop the billing. If there are things you want kept, we set those aside and you tell us where they go. Units are usually packed to the ceiling and to the door, which means the first ten minutes are spent making room to work — that is normal and it is in the quote.

Yes, and it is a regular request. You arrange access with the facility, we go through it on a call or by text, and you get photos when it is done. Several of our best reviews come from people who never met us in person.
Do I need to be off the lease first, or do you handle the facility?
The contract is between you and the facility — we cannot close it out for you. What we can do is get the unit genuinely empty and swept the same day, which is the part that usually holds up the closeout.
What if there is something valuable in there?
We set anything that looks like it matters aside rather than assuming. If you are not on site, we photograph it and ask.
