Construction & Remodel Debris Removal
Debris piling up is the thing that slows a remodel down. ClearPath hauls construction and tear-out waste across the Kansas City metro and Northland — drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, tile, trim, siding, shingles, and everything else that comes out of a job before the new work goes in. Flat-rate, scheduled around your build, and loaded by us.

What's Included
We load and haul demo waste and remodel debris: drywall and plaster, framing lumber and trim, cabinets and countertops, flooring and underlayment, tile and backer board, doors and windows, siding, decking, roofing tear-off, insulation, and packaging from the new material going in. We do the loading — your crew doesn't stop to carry it out. We sweep the work area and the drive before we leave, which matters more on an occupied remodel than most people expect.
Who This Service Is For
Remodeling contractors, flippers, property managers, and homeowners doing their own tear-out. If you're running a job that generates debris steadily over weeks rather than in one pile, a dumpster rental is usually the cheaper answer and we do that too — we'll tell you which one fits your job rather than selling you the one we'd rather sell. One-time hauls, mid-job cleanouts, and final punch-list clears are all normal work for us.
Flat-Rate Pricing, Confirmed Up Front
Every ClearPath job is quoted as a flat rate before anyone lifts a thing. Text photos or call and you'll usually have a number within minutes. What we agree to is what you pay — no hourly meter, no add-ons at the end, and no charge for the quote itself. We're locally owned and insured, and the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.
Responsible Cleanup
Metal, appliances, and clean scrap get pulled for recycling before the rest goes to the proper disposal facility. Cabinets, doors, and fixtures in reusable condition can go to a local nonprofit if you flag them. We can't take asbestos, wet paint, solvents, or fuel — those need a licensed abatement or household hazardous waste route, and we'll point you to it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work with contractors on repeat jobs?
Yes, and it's a lot of what we do. Regular hauls, standing pickup days, and quotes that don't change every week. Call Todd directly and we'll set it up rather than routing you through a call center.
Should I get a dumpster instead?
If debris accumulates over more than a few days, usually yes. If it's one tear-out and you want it gone today, hauling beats renting. We'll give you the honest comparison for your job — see dumpster rental for sizes and pricing.
Can you take concrete, brick, and dirt?
In limited amounts, yes. Heavy material is priced by weight rather than volume because a small pile of concrete can max a truck out. Send a photo and we'll tell you where your load lands.
Can you haul mid-job without disrupting the crew?
That's the point. Tell us where the pile is and how to get in, and we can load and go without your people stopping work.
