Garage Clean Out Junk Removal in the Kansas City area.

Garage Clean Outs

A crowded garage can make an otherwise useful home feel smaller. ClearPath Junk Removal provides practical garage cleanouts for homeowners, renters, landlords, and small businesses across the Kansas City metro and Northland. Whether you are making room for a vehicle, preparing for a move, or clearing years of accumulated items, Todd brings a calm plan and the muscle to finish the job.

WHAT WE CAN CLEAR

We remove old tools, broken lawn equipment, boxes, shelving, workbenches, tires, bicycles, holiday decorations, sports gear, scrap materials, furniture, appliances, and general household junk. We can work through a full garage, a corner, an attached storage area, or a detached outbuilding. Tell us about steep driveways, steps, or items you want to keep so we can work around them.

A CLEANOUT BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS

We begin with a quick assessment and a flat-rate quote based on volume and access. The crew sorts items as directed, carries everything out safely, loads the truck, and sweeps the floor when finished. Same-day or next-day service may be available when the schedule allows. You get clear communication from Todd and no surprise hourly charges.

DONATE AND RECYCLE

Usable tools, furniture, and household goods may be directed to local donation options when accepted. Metal, cardboard, electronics, and other materials are separated for recycling whenever practical. Remaining junk goes to the proper disposal facility, helping keep your driveway and neighborhood clear.

What's Included

We do the sorting and the lifting. Most garage jobs start with a walkthrough where you point at what stays — and it is normal for that list to change as things come off the shelves and you see what is actually back there. We work in passes: obvious haul first, then the shelves and the rafters, then a sweep. Attic storage above the garage comes down too, which is usually where the heaviest forgotten things live. You end up with a floor you can see and, if you want it, a swept one.

Who This Service Is For

Homeowners who want to park inside before winter. People preparing a house for sale, where an empty garage shows dramatically better than a full one. Families clearing a parent's place, where a garage can hold forty years of tools and hardware. Anybody who has tried to do it themselves on a Saturday and discovered the problem is not the sorting, it is having somewhere to put it once it is sorted.

Flat-Rate Pricing, Confirmed Up Front

Priced by how much of the truck the load fills, quoted before we start, with no hourly clock running while you decide whether to keep the camping gear. If it turns out to be less than we estimated, the price comes down. Photos of the garage from the door, plus a note about anything unusually heavy, get you an accurate number fast.

Responsible Cleanup

A garage is the most sortable room in the house. Tools, bikes, sporting goods, lawn equipment and usable furniture go toward donation. Scrap metal — old shelving, appliances, bed frames, that mystery pile of angle iron — goes to a scrap yard. Cardboard and clean wood get separated. What genuinely cannot be reused or recycled is the last resort, not the default.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you take old paint, chemicals and motor oil?

No — household hazardous waste is regulated separately and needs a household hazardous waste facility rather than a truck. We will tell you which items in your garage fall in that bucket so you are not guessing, and we will haul everything else. Latex paint that has been dried out completely is often a different story; ask us.

What about tires?

Yes, tires are fine, they just carry their own disposal fee everywhere. See tire disposal. Mention how many when you call so the quote is right.

Do I have to be there?

No, as long as we can get access and you have told us what stays. We send photos of the finished job, which is how most of our out-of-town and landlord customers work with us.
