We do the sorting and the lifting. Most garage jobs start with a walkthrough where you point at what stays — and it is normal for that list to change as things come off the shelves and you see what is actually back there. We work in passes: obvious haul first, then the shelves and the rafters, then a sweep. Attic storage above the garage comes down too, which is usually where the heaviest forgotten things live. You end up with a floor you can see and, if you want it, a swept one.

Can you take old paint, chemicals and motor oil?
No — household hazardous waste is regulated separately and needs a household hazardous waste facility rather than a truck. We will tell you which items in your garage fall in that bucket so you are not guessing, and we will haul everything else. Latex paint that has been dried out completely is often a different story; ask us.
What about tires?
Yes, tires are fine, they just carry their own disposal fee everywhere. See tire disposal. Mention how many when you call so the quote is right.
Do I have to be there?
No, as long as we can get access and you have told us what stays. We send photos of the finished job, which is how most of our out-of-town and landlord customers work with us.
