Whatever's there. Furniture and mattresses, appliances, clothing and personal effects, food waste and spoiled refrigerator contents, trash bags, garage and basement contents, yard debris, and the car parts or tires that seem to turn up in every one of these. We handle the whole property — house, garage, shed, and yard — and leave it broom-clean and ready for a contractor or a listing photo. Before-and-after photos come to you by text the same day.

Every ClearPath job is quoted as a flat rate before anyone lifts a thing. Text photos or call and you'll usually have a number within minutes. What we agree to is what you pay — no hourly meter, no add-ons at the end, and no charge for the quote itself. We're locally owned and insured, and the person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.
Responsible Cleanup
Usable furniture and household goods go to a local nonprofit rather than the landfill, which on these jobs is often a meaningful share of the load. Appliances and metal get recycled; electronics go to an e-waste recycler. We can't haul paint, solvents, automotive fluids, propane tanks, or ammunition — if we find any of those we set them aside, tell you, and point you to the right disposal site rather than quietly leaving them in a closet.

Do you document the property before and after?
Yes, on every job. You get date-stamped photos of the property as we found it and as we left it, sent by text the same day. On these jobs the documentation matters as much as the hauling.
What if there are personal belongings that have to be stored?
Missouri and Kansas have different rules about what a landlord or lender has to do with a former occupant's property, and those rules are yours to follow, not ours to interpret. Tell us what has to be set aside or boxed for storage and we'll separate it rather than hauling it. When in doubt, ask your attorney before we come out.
How fast can you get there?
Usually within a day or two, and same-day when the route allows. Northland properties are fastest since we're based in Lathrop. Tell us the deadline when you call and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
Do you handle properties that have been sitting empty a long time?
Yes. Rodents, standing water in a basement, a refrigerator that lost power months ago — none of it is new to us. We'll tell you up front if what we find needs a specialist we're not, rather than working around it.
