Usable furniture goes to a local nonprofit before the landfill. Mattresses, appliances, and metal are recycled where the material allows. Electronics go to an e-waste recycler. Paint cans left in the basement, automotive fluids, and propane tanks we can't take — we'll set them aside and tell you which county drop-off handles them.

Usually next-day, and same-day when the route lines up. Northland properties are fastest since we're based in Lathrop. If you know a move-out date in advance, book it ahead and we'll hold the window.
Do I need to be there?
No, and most landlords aren't. Leave a lockbox code or a key, text us photos or a walkthrough video for the quote, and we'll send you before-and-after photos when it's done.
Can you handle a unit that's genuinely bad?
